Our mission

Medical help, without detours.

We make the way to a doctor as short as possible: describe your concern, talk by video, receive your documents as PDF.

Medicine stays medical: whether treatment by video is justifiable is always decided by the doctor in a personal conversation.

Fees are transparent under the German medical fee schedule, data stays in the EU, and you can use the service in four languages.

  • The platform

    Drylabs GmbH builds and runs the technology: questionnaire, patient account and encrypted video consultation. It does not provide medical services itself.

  • The doctors

    Licensed and working independently. They decide on diagnosis, therapy and prescriptions on their own responsibility and are bound by medical confidentiality.

  • Your data

    Health data is encrypted and stored in the EU. The video consultation is end-to-end encrypted.

    Only doctors licensed in Germany treat you, personally in a video consultation.

  • Case by case, not by questionnaire

    We never diagnose by questionnaire alone. The doctor decides in the conversation whether video is enough.

  • Transparent fees (GOÄ)

    Reservation €10.72 (GOÄ no. 1), charged as soon as the consultation has started. No membership, no subscription.

  • Data protection in the EU

    GDPR-compliant, data on servers in the EU, medical confidentiality under § 203 StGB.

  • Four languages

    Website, questionnaire and documents in German, English, Turkish and Arabic.

  • Verifiable documents

    Private prescriptions and sick notes come as signed PDFs whose authenticity can be checked online.

Who we are here for.

This is how it works.

  1. Describe your concern

    A few questions in about 3 minutes, then your patient account and the fee reservation.

  2. Doctor by video

    Immediately if a doctor is online, otherwise from the queue with a link by SMS and e-mail.

  3. After the consultation

    The doctor decides on further treatment, such as a sick note or referral. Documents and the GOÄ invoice are in your patient account.

  • Emergencies: call 112 immediately
  • Out-of-hours medical service: 116 117
  • Symptoms that need an in-person examination
  • Narcotics (BtM prescriptions)
  • E-prescriptions and eAU via the telematics infrastructure, backdating a sick note beyond three days

Legal framework.

  • Remote treatment case by caseUnder § 7(4) of the German model professional code, where treatment by video is medically justifiable.
  • Billing under the GOÄA private medical service, statutory health insurance is not billed.
  • Data protection under GDPREncrypted transmission, storage in the EU, confidentiality under § 203 StGB.
